ДИНАМІКА ВІДМИРАННЯ БДЖІЛ ЗА УМОВИ ЗАРАЖЕННЯ РІЗНИМИ ДОЗАМИ СПОР МІКРОСПОРИДІЙ NOSEMA APIS ТА NOSEMA CERANAE

У статті викладено результати досліджень з вивчення впливу різних доз зараження спорами мікроспоридій Nosema apis та Nosema ceranae (5×102–5×107 спор на бджолу) на динаміку відмирання льотних бджіл літньої генерації (з7.07 по 17.09.2016р.), відібраних у садки.

Встановлено, що швидкість відмирання бджіл значною мірою визначається дозою зараження і значно меншою — видом мікроспоридій. Низькі дози спор обох видів мікроспоридій до 18-го дня зараження уповільнюють відмирання заражених бджіл. При цьому у варіантах з низькими дозами зараження смертність бджіл у варіантах з N. ceranae була дещо нижчою, ніж у варіантах з N. apis. Тобто можна сказати, що N. ceranae стосовно медоносної бджоли є менш патогенною, ніж N. apis. У варіантах з високими дозами відразу спостерігали прискорення відмирання заражених бджіл за використання як N. apis, так і N. ceranae. Згодом показники смертності бджіл у цих варіантах практично вирівнюються.

Отже, в довгостроковому експерименті дози зараження бджіл спорами обох видів мікроспоридій — і N. apis, i N. ceranae — не впливають на показники смертності бджіл, проте мають вплив на швидкість їх відмирання: високі інвазійні навантаження прискорюють природне відмирання бджіл, а низькі, навпаки, уповільнюють. Така закономірність характерна для обох видів мікроспоридій. Припускається, що кількість поколінь N. apis до загибелі бджіл обумовлюється дозою патогена і енергетичними запасами хазяїна.
